What are the check-in & check times?
Check-in time is 2:00 pm
When do I pay for my booking?
We ask for a 30% initial deposit to secure the accommodation.
What are the cancellation/amendment fees?
If you cancel between 30 and 15 day before your stay you receive a 75% refund.
What do I do if I cannot figure out how to work the TV, or something is broken?
Hopefully everything should be in order for your stay however on occasion there may be something that you need assistance with.

Is it possible to pre-order some basic supplies that will be placed in the accommodation before our arrival?
Yes we can arrange this for you. We need at least 24hrs notice and all orders have to be paid online t the time of ordering.
