REGULAR ALL YEAR ROUND CHECKING OF PROPERTY
If your property is empty for a long period of time we can visit and check that it is ok, run appliances and run water to ensure no damage is caused. We can even arrange for it to be cleaned on a regular basis.
MONSOON AIRING TO PREVENT MOISTURE DAMAGE
The Indian Subcontinent has a 4 month monsoon season. During this time it is wet and very humid. Leaving a property closed during this time can lead to problems as leakages can occur, mould can grow on walls and furniture. During this monsoon time we can enter, air, check the property and notify you of any damage or problems. They can then be sorted before the Holiday Home is opened up for the busy holiday season and prevent valuable renting time being lost.
OK, so you have guests coming, you are however busy or unable to get to Goa to deal with them, how can you be sure that everything runs smoothly and your guests get into your holiday home ok and have the best holiday experience? We can help. Just tell us dates of when guests are coming and the services you want and we will do the rest. Property preparation is done, guests can be collected from the airport, meet and greets are done at the property, cleaning and laundry services are carried out and guests are given emergency contact numbers. On departure the holiday home can be checked and you informed of any damage.
